Deliveries and Other Services

Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery will take good card of your packages, but if the package is worth over $50.00, you will need to make special arrangements to insure it's value. Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery liability for loss or damage to a package is limited to $50.00 or the actual value of the package, if less than $50.00. Under no circumstances will  Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits.  Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery must be notified in writing within 48 hours of any losses or damages. Failure to do so will release Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery from liability.

Pro Courier Service/Downtown Delivery may not accept nor be liable for any items that are not properly wrapped or packaged. If you have items that require special handling you must indicate this to the courier by clearly marking fragile, glass, perishable, or special handling required on the package, and delivery slip.

Bank deposits must be in a locked bag and driver number verified.

Payment terms are Net 15 Days from the invoice date. Any discrepancy must be reported to carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 18% per annum.
